    You could follow this up with diets through the ages:
    1950′s – everyone was slim following the war! Go easy on the alcohol
    1960′s – cut down on potatoes, bread and all things carbohydrate
    1970′s – cut down on sugar, sweets, deserts and keep calories to under 1000
    1980′s – Try weight-watchers points or slimming world sins! Red days and Green days…
    1990′s – Low fat is the in thing now
    2000′s – Mr Atkins tries high protein low carb!
    2010 to now…..High Fibre, Low fat, low sugar, or go veggie perhaps! Back to Nature even….
