    Great visual guide. I was guilty of big portions. Since I got portions under control the weight is coming off easy!

    Good advise.

    I have lost plenty of weight sticking to my daily calorie and fat limit. But sticking to portion size is perfect for ensuring you don’t over indulge, and leaves a few spare for the odd treat then.
